Uh, ANYWAY!

I've been working on my personal website recently after finding a simple tutorial on how to make Iframe layouts :D They're fun to make, anyway, I was wondering if people could give me some comments and crits on it since it's my first proper working layout. Constructive ones please, I'm also a little worried on loading times and people with different screen resolutions. Anyway, here's the link

Nice layout. The only thing I didn't like was that the box wasn't centered. I'm a bit neurotic about boxes and centering, but it's a good layout.

rules are there to be followed even by the staff, the only time staff can break (a limited set of (like double posting)) rules is when it's needed for administrative purposes
