Seeing as pretty much soon, i'm not going to be a moderator as I resigned as many people believe i'm not fit to be one. I believe I am allowed to view my opinion on matters on this forum that need to be solved.

First of all, for all of those of you who believe i'm not good enough. Shall I remind you of the time about 2months after HHN got back up, I began complaining about spam posts in the shoutbox (yes, Dalton before I did it thankyou). Right?..everyone just blanked me and basically told me to shut up (or might aswell off) 3weeks later, Hender than says he's not going to come here very often because of the spam, then a few of his friends follow. And then it becomes a big problem and needs to be sorted. OK, now let me get to the point that I never use to spam until everyone gave the 'I don't give a shit' attitude.
It really is hurtful when people go around posting saying that your not a good candinate because you did what everyone else has done, yes..Hender has spammed before. Shortly followed everyone saying Dale causing the spam, well seriously we all did it i'm afraid..

Yes, this forum exists only because of the active members left, BUT, no member has done more than Zidane. I do believe none of us has paid towards a vBulletin licenese, they are not cheap. Has many of us even advertised the forums, did we go join topsites? create a good website? No, I didn't think so. You call this your home, but you don't treat it like one. You just basically insulted the person who spent time creating this for US, not for himself for us.

@Dale, I speak for some other people now your backstabbing is starting to piss us all off. The ones I speak for don't want to hear it, it's hurtful and it hurts even more when it happens to them. You wouldn't like it if it happened to you, I know. Your either like someone or you don't, if some of the people found out what you said about them I don't think you'd get pleasant remarks from them. Now I know, someone has spoken to you about it already. But I have to say it here whilst it's on my mind, you need to stop it. Now, I appricate the fact you may flame my ass down or anyone may do now. I know we're not all perfect, but there is no need for what you are doing to your friends Dale.

The reason why staff never asked you who you wanted to be a moderator is because:
1. On every single forum, it is just the staff's decision or the majority of forums anyway, so Zidiane properly jsut followed that
2. People voting for who they want to be a moderator can be affected because of their friendships, as you so wrongfully accused Aeyze, granted me and her are like close friends. But seriously, I got chosen to be a moderator because I am currently webmistress and admin at another forum, I've also been a super moderator at many other forums including NeoRevan's. They took that into effect, I dont know what else they took in to affect.
To Midi, well we can't say anything wrong about her because she's done nothing wrong XD

As everyone is also getting bitch about the "Hender isn't active" comment I made, I know i posted it somewhere else I post it here too.
1. I think it's pretty bad that someone from the staff told whoever they did.
2. I didn't mean for it to sound how it did, I just ment I've never noticied him online whilst i've been online.

I really can't think of what else I wanted to put now (should of wrote it down XD)
But it's like, everything that has me on the topic just ends up causing trouble and I just don't see why, it happens everytime =/

Just want to say, ever since I joined this forum I have tried to become friends with most of you (except Tharrick, but I think your cool anyway XD <33 XD). I've been a bitch most of the time, but I kind of learnt a lesson in the clan thread of: Angels of Death thanks to Lei and the people who shortly followed. You can stop ganging up on me now, I apoligised for everything I done thats hurt anyone in the past, you dont treat anyone else like you treat me so I think maybe a little bit of forgiveness around here >__>?

Edit: Oh, I remembered something else. It also appears that many people have complained about me, obviously in PM as I havent read anything in the forums yet..which I may have missed...(may >__>). I'd just like to say, you people should know things being said behind your back hurts more when you find out. I'd rather people say out in the open "I don't think Kaede is a good candinate" or whatever, Dalton had no problem saying it.

Nice to know we sorted out the stuff on MSN. And apology accepted! I'm just glad this whole thing hasn't escalated into something massive (ie an argument as thesethings have done before), Thankfully its looking like everything is sorted now :)

How dare you members that are doing this, live with youselfs everyday, in making this staff members job/ being here a _____ nightmare. How dare you, think your better, and can do a better job at it. In a way, bashing your own staff member isn’t right, nor fair on others.

I’m a staff member on many forum, and I know in what its like to be a staff member, but then too, maybe others can’t see/ open their eyes and see the good that they do. But let me state it, and everything else, that the staff members do FOR FREE.

The staff members help make the forum that is it. They help and make it a very friendly, and fun place to be at, making sure that people aren’t spamming and causing shit. They do a lot of “ over time” in making sure everyone is happy, doing content, helping out, and so many more things.

Making it a living hell for your staff members isn’t right nor _____ing fair, no matter in how you look at it. Being a staff member, you’r always learning in how to be staff. And one that people can look up to and trust. Its not like staff members know in how to do the job right off the bat, for they don’t. But they do the job and learn in what comes their way.

They put up with BS that comes onto the forum, and makes sure everyone is having a good time at their forum that they help staff at. But then too, some members are out to get their job. And have the power that comes with being staff, just to make themselves look good, and sometimes look good.

The staff will pick out in who they see fit in being staff. Why should someone bash them, so that that can have their job, hell no. That alone shows me, that their unable to handle, nor understand in what’s needed of them.

Staff members will pick in why to see fit, for they know they can do the job right. And will not go power crazy and what not with their new abilities that have been given to then.

IMO, I have great pitty on people that feel the need to bash a staff member on their job and all. And to be very honest, and AX knows me to be very honest, Dark Kaede is doing a good job as a staff.

So F-you people/members that feel the need to bash the very people that help make this forum a fun and cool place to be at. And Dark Kaede, stay as staff, and don’t let them win. Show them, you will not back down to their stupid acts, and give them pitty.

Although I do like the idea of the members able to have some say in what mods are chosen I also don't think it's fair that anyone has to give up their spot as mod. Maybe a better idea would to make a thread where members can post why they think they/someone else would make a good mod and then the current mods/super mods/admins can use that to help decide who they pick, or maybe the mods can pick 5 or so and make a poll for the members to vote on, and the top 2 become mods (although that's when voting for your friends will come in, no matter what). Etheir way it's not fair that Kaede quits being a mod just because of this.

I know what it's like to be a mod / staff and all that, having been an admin and mod at other forums (was taken down due to my request, my internet broke so I'd be inactive and ineffective) and yeah, it can be hard, some people don't like your choices, and arguments do flare up.

But there's the great thing of putting stuff behind us, and I know this one will soon be behind us too. Unless people seem to want to get all fired up, which brings me on to ...

- some members may be out to get their job, but not the ones that raised this issue. hence why Lei isn't nominated to be in the mod-vote thing.

- Yes, Kaede is doing a good job for 2/3 days of being a mod... doesn't really give someone much chance to prove themselves. So, lets give her a chance yes?

First off, to be honest as much as it kills me to have my name bright-yellow, I ain't interested in that mod job either. Then again, you can see why with people constantly labelling me a spammer, I don't think I'd have much of a chance anyway (thank you for explaining that we all did it though Kaede).

It's pretty stupid to hire any other member on this forum when your pretty much standing infront of them, even Aeyze said she wants you to be a moderator and you was on the list to become one anyway, just she was busy after dealing with other people.
