I'm glad that damn Corrections Warden Retard actually got arrested for it, but 16 years is not enough. I'd be slapping more than the Manager for that, I'd be finding the caller and slamming his head off a wall.

that is completely sick. i swear its people like that that make the world the hell that it is. personally i think it is absolutely disgusting.

If my supervisor took me into a back room and told me to take my clothes off cause of someone on the phone, I'll tell her to go **** herself! As for the "sexual act" bit - EW!!! WTF were they thinking!?!

I do feel sorry for the girl, but com'on, you don't need to be incredibly smart to know not to let some guy spank you and make you preform sexual acts just because some guy on the phone said so.

My dear lord. You have got to be so dumb to believe that. My thoughts towards the mentality towards human beings has gone down. Who would actaully think a cop would have you do all that stuff over the phone. It said that the ladys fiance was charged with sodomy. OK, now we are just getting dumb. To believe that anal intercourse is needed during a search of anykind, is flat out dumb. And why didnt the girl think to herself, I didnt steal this perse, im not doing this. Man, I just dont know.

Sodomy isn't anal intercourse
Technically, sodomy is any sexual practice other than straight up sex. Anal, oral, anything kinky, is technically sodomy (and interestingly enough, still carries a 5-year to life sentence in the state of Idaho)

Where the heck can you hide anything when you are naked?!? I think that that guy deserves to have the crap beat out of him for that. The manager should have at least asked for proof of ID and a badge number from the officer and why didnt she ask the officer to just come down? I would have thought that after 40 minutes let along 3 HOURS of no police officer arriving they would have gotten suspicious and began to question the person. If the cop accused her of stealin a purse then where could she hide the purse and whatnot? A strip search should have immediatly set of an "alarm" and made them think why the heck does having somebody take off their clothing show where they hid a purse and whatnot. I swear all of them deserver to have the crap beat out of them and they all need to be thrown in jail for a long time for being so stupid(the vitctim not included). Then there is that guy, who should be in jail for longer than just 16 years!
