It sucks beyond sucking. Seriously, it is that lame. The print is tiny, you cannot insert images and the spam is horrid.

Create an account there and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I've been using peter.a@rock.com as my main contact for over a year now. MSN Hotmail is only good for alerts and stuff.

I beg to disagree with you about Hotmail. I have a hotmail acconunt myself and I have had no problems with it. I do get some spam but I get that with no matter what email account I use. I have found it to be more reliable than AOL a lot of the times and although there is one problem I have with MSN Hotmail it is something that I can deal with.

Okay it's not THAT bad. I mean sure I get some spam mail and stupid stuff, but as of now I rarely get it unlike before, xD (OMG how many penis enlargement mails did I get? rofl). And yeah it has a few other MINOR bad things about it but other than that it's okay =/

If you think the text is small, simply hold "Ctrl", and then scroll in with your mouse's scroll wheel... This will enlarge the text!

I've never had spam on hotmail!

The only reason you get spam is if you go around putting your address up where it can be read be search bots, they look for anything before at @ sign and anything after it in order to get your e-mail address. Whenever I write up my e-mail address I alaywas use Inthuultril(at)gmail.com. Also, if you register for things online they might share your e-mail addresses.

Uh, anyway, hotmail? Never use it, I don't like the MSN layout. Gmail is my new love of internet e-mail addresses <3

I have a gmail account but I only check it like...once a year, so...lol. I'll have to say after using Yahoo! though, MSN is all I've used really and without my hotmail account I'd hardly be in contact with Chris, Lei etc. Thus being stupid to say it was bad.

Hotmail tis' teh good!

Grace Saunders, please stop with advertising so much. You posted the link already in your first post and that's enough! Beware of this, cause your only 1 warning away from being banned.

And I agree with Grae, GMail is much and much better!

You know there's been a lot of legal argy-bargy about gmail? It's not allowed to be gmail any more - they have to call it googlemail now, because some other company already owns 'gmail' as a trademark

I actually like hotmail. It's easy to use and it has a neat interface, nothing to extreme or gaudy.

The reason I think Gmail is so good is because it loads fast, personally, that's an awesome thing to me.
It was the first of the free mail applications to give us so much space, Yahoo and hotmail only followed suit because they didn't want to lose customers.

Gmail also has a very nice, clean, and soft interface. If you're reading a long email conversation you can actually hide most of it, but can click on it to find it.

Also you can search through your own email, do you knopw how handy that is? Many a time I have had someones real address or phone number in my email and I've managed to find the mail out of the thousands I do have just by doing a simple search.

You can create catergories and assign emails to the catergories easily, I have one for Paypal, one for eBay, and one for Amazon, helping me keep a good record of my online purchases.

Oh and theres also a spam email section, and an archive, so as not to clutter up your inbox with too many emails you can archive the ones you don't need.

Is it still invite only? I don't know, but if anyone wants to try out Gmail you can ask anyone for an invite, seriously, we have like 50 invites, and we keep getting more, it's crazy, lol.

I don't know why but it seems everything google is doing lately is just... awesome?

^ What he said. Gmail is the best email provider, from my experience, anyway.

The whole Gmail GoogleMail thing is a bit annoying, I really hope I stay as Inthuultril(at)gmail.com rather then Inthuultril(at)googlemail.com. What a mouthful. No matter how hard I try to get rid of all my gmail invites THEY KEEP COMING BACK! If anyone wants an invite you're more then welcome.

Ah, if you're already @gmail, then you'll stay as gmail. New people have to be @googlemail though

^ Well that's a good thing =D And yeah Gmail IS better than Hotmail but there's nothing TERRIBLY wrong with Hotmail, just Gmail has better features. I just keep using Hotmail since well most people know me by that email (friends, etc) and i've already got most accounts for various sites under that email and like too much effort to change crap. I would if I could though.

Hotmail is the home for most spam email, although using outlook doesn't stop it either.

Having 4 custom emails, I tend to use outlook for easy access, send and recieving them all at the same time makes it loads easier, and the message rules too, I'm not a fan of Hotmail either.
