Yet another great OST! My favourite FF Soundtracks of all time!
It's so great! Much more of rock and action style! I like
the renewed versions of the other songs, especially Advent: One Winged
Angel, it's so original unlike the last one(the lyrics were taken from another
latin song, unlike the new one, it's original). So have you heard of the soundtracks of the movie already?

Damn, I haven't heard the soundtrack yet. I'm trying to find it, though. It's not in any of the places I go!!! Grrr.

It is genius!

Nobuo Uematsu has taken the classics and made them 10 times better, my fave is "Those who Fight (Piano Version)". Advent one Winged Angel and THose who fight further...and all the others are awesome too! I heard the OST before seeing the film... And hearing Opening for the 1st time...ooooooh it sent a chill down my spine!!!!!!

I think that the best track in the FF:AC OST would have to be the version of J-E-N-O-V-A. If anyone likes the Black Mages version, then they'd love this, because the Black Mages actually did this track as well.

There are some weak tracks on the soundtrack (we can't help that), but the version of One Winged Angel is amazing!

This soundtrack kicks. :D I prefer it over the original FFVII soundtrack to be honest, a lot of nice classical pieces and some rock-styled pieces as well that should depict the action in the film well (I say "should" because yeah...I haven't seen the movie yet >_>).
The redone JENOVA theme is slick. :D I like the softer themes (Tifa's, Aerith's, etc) very much as well though. A job well done, uematsu.

Heh heh, try listening tio the original pieces and THEN the AC versions..... they sound even better when you do it like that, thanks to arraingements and recording an orcheastra etc... brilliant sounds.

Second option. I didn't like how they re-sung OWA, that was like raping an old classic ;_;
I did like the battle piano remix, that was lush.

All in all I don't mind the thing.

I thought the new OWA was good, it was necessary to change the lyrics and I thought they didn't change it too much. But to each his own, eh?

finally got and its best I've ever heard espically remakes of some of the FF 7 orginal songs now there even better now I can't wait for movie.

Yeah I liked AC's OST, it set all of the scenes just right but I did prefer the original FFVII songs, they were just amazing and stuck and still are in my head forever.

As we're speaking about OSTs, I think FFVII and FFX will always have the best soundtracks in RPG history.
