Favourite Game For Each Genre?

What's your favourite game for each genre? (unless of course you don't play/like that genre then don't bother xP) Basically just post the genre then obviously your favourite game from that genre (and maybe like favourite game from each different platform of that genre if you want? Or any other sub-items you want xP)

Shooting:
Xbox - Halo Series
PC - Call of Duty Series, Counter-Strike: Source
Fighting:
Xbox - Mortal Kombat: Deception or Dead or Alive 3
PC - Mortal Kombat 3 or Street Fighter series (well maybe it was an emulator I played it on, not sure - was quite awhile ago)
Simulator/Strategy:
PC - Warcraft III, C&C: Generals, Age of Empires
GBA - Fire Emblem 8: Sacred Stones
Roleplaying:
PC - World of Warcraft, Diablo II
Xbox - Fable
GBA - Golden Sun Series
Racing:
Xbox - Need for Speed: Underground
Sports:
Xbox - FIFA Football 2005, Rugby League (1)
PC - NBA Live 2004 (never played 05 or 06 lol)

It was on another forum Auron lol. I was thinking about this when I saw the thread, it's from the one I was moderating.
