Man, this is pretty bad. For those of you too lazy to read, supposedly this kid was tossing snowballs with a friend, and some guy pulls out of his car and knocks the bloody hell out of him. (I've got to stop talking to Europeans.) The guy messed up his face really, really bad. I think this is freakin' horrible. Where I live, the kids toss snowballs at moving cars all the time, but no one's come out of their car and assaulted the kid....His mom is furious, and all...upset and stuff.
For goodness sake...there are some messed up people out there >_<
Who the hell attacks a kid for throwing a snowball at their car? It wasn't explosives he threw -_- I would be furious too if I was the mom...I hope they find the guy and he gets what he deserves. ¬_¬

He is on the list of people that need to be hunted down, slapped and then thrown into a very small metal cage. The length of the sentence not being important in his case.
I really feel sorry for the kid though ...
I remember when I was small me and my bro squirted water (water pistols woooo :P) at cars in summer - a car with an open roof drove by (xD you can see where this is going) and a bald guy (looking like he was) in his 40's with a young GF were in it...
So yar, his head got wet, the car stopped...and he swung his fist, shouted, & cussed us out O_o This just reminded me of that. But of course what happened to the boy is MUCH worse...>_<; Poor kid =/ I am sure he never meant any harm geez...

Yeah, this kinda' stuff chaps my ass. I bet during his childhood, the guy wasn't much of an angel either, he probably threw yellow snowballs at cars let alone normal, white ones...
If it was Ice or something, it would be at least a little bit more understandable...
But even then, NOT justifiable to what that Man did. He'll be punished, hopefully. I'm going to be wary of where I throw snowballs now....

Geez he got messed up pretty badly. Like seriously, that guy took it WAY too far. I mean assaulting a kid for throwing (harmless) snowballs at your guy? I mean if I was driving and some kid threw a few snowballs at my car, I would get slightly pissed but i'd just drive off. The guy could of like maybe just walked out of the car and gave the kids a talkin' or two, xP.

Question is how old was the kid? To be honest, there's a LOT of 11 - 15 year olds up here who I would actually FINISH OFF for throwing snowballs or anything because they do it to purposely harm or piss people off. But had he been any younger then I think I'd wanna kick the guy who did it's ass. That being the guy who beat the kid up, not the kid.
It's too over the top.

I'm not taking the Driver's Side cause I really can't stand the thought of some guy HIS age beating up a kid but alot of kids here are purposely harmful with things like that and will aim to put someone in Hospital.

Yeah...shooting is definitely too far. I've got nothing wrong with hitting them for it but shooting. No...that's like giving someone a lethal injection for knocking over a cat.

yes I am Mexican 100% but i live in holland about 8 years now
anyway I dont think you should harm someone for throwing a snowball.

Okay, maybe not in Holland. Maybe the kids are slightly less aggressive there, but I'm telling you. The kids here are right pricks in most cases with snowballs. They do and WILL harm someone so much as to try and put their eyes out for godsake. They put stones in snowballs or anything hard they can find. If you're telling me, being clogged on the head with a rock-hard snowball that could damage you isn't an excuse to punch a kid or at least slap them for it (and I don't mean aggressively, I mean just slap...I mean if they're young it's fair enough to tap them on the hand for it) then you're mad dude.
I wouldn't shoot someone for throwing a snowball like that at me, but I would definitely hit them and maybe the snowball didn't have anything in it that this kid thrown but it could have put a window out depending on the size of it.

This guy was in a Ford KA though, there not open top or anythin. Would you get out and slap a kid cuz one snowball hit your car? Surley its better to give the benefit of the doubt and assume you're caught in the crossfire or something. Yeah, if you're walking pat innocently and he starts laughing and throwing snowballs at ya, making it impossible to walk down the road painlessly, then maybe a slap is in order. But because it got some white on the nice silver of your car? No way.

Some drivers do have a really nervous disposition and I do disagree with him beating the kid up but hell, this is bount to be one of those stories where things aren't what they seem. I beg to differ this kid was completely innocent but heck, the driver ain't exactly a Saint either.

The guy shouldn't of even touched the kid!, and anyone who agrees that he should of is also a moron. The kid didn't deserve what he got and still wouldnt deserve a slap, you could scream asloud as you want at him though. People today are pathetic, and just more and more people are becoming like it.

I've change my mind if he just threw a normal snowball I would just ignore it but if would he damage my car I would call the cops and have the parents pay the damage.
That way he would truly learn a lesson.
I dont think screaming at the kid would help I guess it would make him laugh and run away whith a big smile on his face

mmm.... he looks charverish... im not gonna hold it against him but to be honest a lot of the kids i see go out of the way to terrorize a lot of innocent people with snowballs. I've once seen a group of kids throwing snowballs with rocks in at an elderly lady. I've seen snowballs with rocks being hurled at peoples cars while they're driving (which could easily cause an accident). As well we must take into account the the fact that the kid may be lying.... If the kid was throwing them at cars on purpose he deserved a good kicking in my opinion. However. If the kid isn't lying and he was just playing innocently with his friend then no way in hell did he deserve it.
I agree with the notion on Chavs, if there is ever a single group of people I hate it has to be them. At least they were less thugish when they were "townies".

This just isn't right... I don't care if the kid was doing it on purpose it is just wrong to beat the sh** out of him. If he was doing it on purpose I would have at least gotten out and yelled at him, but not beat the sh** out of him. I hate people who just fly off the wheele and think they can do anything to any one because of one little thing that someone did to them.
