What do you think about Final Fantasy IV, V and VI Advance? My first thought was another convertion? How many convertions has been done already??

Final Fantasy IV Advance has been released today in the US. Are you gonna buy it? I'm not, don't have a GameBoy Advance and I rather play the originals.

I might get FFV and FFVI for the GBA, those would be nice to have if they didn't change anything in the game, that is =P No way would I bother with FFIV though, that game is a bit too hard for my liking xD But yeah I might consider getting V and VI, it'd be nice to carry FF with you where-ever you go xD

I am *definitely* getting VI for the GBA. :D I LOVE that game. Best old-skool FF ever ^^
I'd love to play it on Portable.

Already beat FFIV, and I didn't really like it all that much... But I'll definetly get FFVI.

I have I, II, and IV for the GBA, and I love them all! I've beaten I and II and beaten II's other story mode. On IV I just got the Lunar Whale. I can't wait for V and VI to come out too. Also, did you know that Square is making a DS version of III, with Crystal Chronicles graphics?

I'm not going to buy these games but I will download them. I dont like the remakes of Final Fantasy games so far, the NES version of Final Fantasy I was hardcore and was kind of hard and provided a good challenge whereas the Dawn of Souls/Origins version was way too easy and made the game boring to play. I think the same will happen with the GBA remakes of FFIV, V and VI but i'll still give 'em a try.

I've played FFIV Advance, beaten it, completed ALL secrets, and ALL characters' level is 99 (seriously, it's true). But I'll try to get and play FFV and FFVI

I heard that FFIV Advance was HEAPS easier than the original. I wouldn't be surprised the original is too tough for me...

Well, Final Fantasy V and VI Advance have been also released in the United States and I have played Final Fantasy VI Advance (emulator) for a short while and its a good conversion. Cool that you can now play the classic games when you have to travel for a while.

I heard that they remixed the soundtracks (of FFVI anyways), anyone here played the GBA version? If so whatcha think of the remixes? I adored VI's original OST, and it wouldn't be the first time that a conversion to GBA kinda ruins the music (Prehistorik Man comes to mind XD)~
I also heard they changed "Son of a submariner!" to "son of a sandworm" o.o

Having that said, I have high hopes for this game and want it so bad >83

I'mma try getting my mom to buy it for me today or tomorrow (might not be able to get a new GBA til I go buy my new Dir en grey CD next week though, since the game shop is right across the hall in the mall (no rhyme intended :P) from the music store) so I'll tell ya how it is soon. Really cant wait to see the changes :D

Its not really much of a difference with the SNES version so far I played the game. They adjusted it a little since the GBA sound isn't as good as the SNES.

I've included some screenshots of the game so you can see for yourself.

Look at the last screenshot what I just ran into. :P
