Meh, he has a point but I think that just for making statement about the commercialization and secularization of Christmas, it's going a bit far -.-
Maybe they are forgetting that Christmas is also a time for peace? =/ I see what they mean with the commercialization and secularization of Christmas and all, but come on, it's not that bad...for those that really believe in God and stuff, Christmas will always be religious, no matter what decorations they put up? And for those that don't believe, they either just simply don't celebrate, or it's just that time of year for the family to come together and have a nice time together.
In the Netherlands we have Sinter Klaas, on Dec 5 and it's really more for kids than anything, after all who doesn't want to believe that a jolly ol' man in red drops presents down the chimney if you've been good? :P Santa Claus is also there for the kids, I think this is going a bit far for just making a statement really.

Are you in the Netherlands, Mirae? O_O...And on that bombshell.

I agree yeah, I think he's put too much effort into making an idiot outta himself. Apart from that though there is a fair point behind it all but wouldn't he much rather just have Christmas stay as Christmas without any arguments at all? Christmas is different for everyone. So be it. Doesn't mean people won't stop putting trees up and things.

People ACTUALLY belive in Santa Claus still? I figured since kids these days are so damn smart with all them technolgy's, they would know there isn't such thing as Santa Claus. Lets be realistic people, more and more kids know about iteams I am just learning about, and the sad thing is, I am 22.
