It's missing something, but I don't know what..
And it can take a while to download, its 663kb GIF, with a 220 frames animation...

That's a cool sig Shin, but imo it would be better if:
1) It was a bit less big XD
2) You zoomed in on Seifer's face a bit more, covering more of the background - it looks slightly plain in the middle ^^;
3) the text is a little plain D:

Ya, it is really nice, I agree with what Mirae says, but there's something else...I don't know what it is, I think it's the outside part, there's something about that I can't get my finger on. But is really sweet otherwise, great job, Shin.

I agree with Mirae, it is a bit empty in the middle, perhaps add one of the airships? in the distant background, something from a sequence to give stunning quality, other than that it's awesome ! :D

I liked it, the only thing is the video lags, try turning down the show length on each animation thingy XD (i'm very descriptive). Any time i'v made a sig with a video in it i'v had each frame set to 0.08 seconds and it looks good. Another thing that helps when putting videos in sigs is to limit it to every 2nd frame when you are the part of the video you want. It reduces the amount of frames, making the file smaller and doesn't affect the video.
