Nobuo Uematsu's Band- The Black Mages

has anyone heard of them? they rock, seriously all they do is take the music from the final fantasy games and put them in a rock format and it sounds unbelievably awesome....who else here listens to them?

I've listened to the first Black Mages album and I like most of the tracks. My favorite ones are Jenova, Battle Scene and Force Your Way.
Haven't had the time to listen to the second album.

They dont just do FF stuff (well, there was ONE track that was new) and its on the 2nd album. Blue Blast - Winning the Rainbow. It's really good.

I'm hoping the Black Mages will come if SE ever decide to do a UK Concert.

I've listened to a couple of the tracks on Lukeman's copies of the CDs and they ROCK!
The way they converted it for all the rock instruments is great!

yeah i know,btw sorry zidane they're my favorite band....i like their drummer arata hanyudi or something like that.... my favorites are those who fight further, the battle with the four feinds, force your way, and a couple others rock too

i like The Skies Above and Vamo Alla Flamenco. I heard The Skies Above on an Internet Radio using Winamp. Thats what got me to find out who the Balck Mages were. When i found out, i was pretty excited. ^.^
