Fox cuts `Malcolm' and `That '70s Show'
Published January 18, 2006

It's curtains for "Malcolm in the Middle" and "That '70s Show," the Fox network announced Tuesday,
And, Fox said, the season finale of "Arrested Development" which airs Feb. 10 in all likelihood will serve as the series finale unless another network picks up the show.
"Malcolm," starring Frankie Muniz, will end May 14 after seven seasons.
"That '70s Show" will end May 18 after eight seasons.

That's just liek ghey. That 70's Show is one of the funniest shows ever lol. But apparently everyone left anyone (as in the original cast and all) so it'd be so different if they continued it. And you know what's weird? Awhile ago I saw some commercial for some show called That 80's Show on Fox 8 lol. And yeah Malcolm in the Middle was pretty funny too.

Yeah, this was a great show, but when Eric went to Africa I knew it only had like two or three seasons left to go. I love Fez, he's a little perv!

Awhile ago I saw some commercial for some show called That 80's Show on Fox 8 lol.

Yeah, that wasn't a very good show... I think it was cancelled after like seven episodes.:(

Malcolm In The Middle was always hillarious. And about that 70s show,i appreciated the recognition but dislike being compared to Fez as my name is spelled Faiz but pronounced in the same manner.

Meh, the 70's really lasted for ten years, right? Hah, it seems that even I cannot let go of That 70's show. I've always enjoyed it.

I've never seen That 70's show because I've only got terrestrial TV (4 channels, so boring!), but Malcolm is pretty good, It's understandable why they're cutting it though, Frankie Muniz is getting a bit old to still be going to High school... I suppose they could try and update it to College or University! It's a shame it's being cancelled, but hopefully they'll either get a huge response and bring it back (Come on Futurama!), or make a new show that's just as good... until they run out of ideas for new shows that is!

Eh, shows go off air at some point you know. Its bound to happen to every show eventually, except the news. How did you think people felt when other shows went off air?

Dude, this thread is old anyway. And liek wtf? You just come out of now where and start having a go at me (or so it seems). Yes I do realise that shows obviously will go off air, but is it wrong for me to post it here and let people know and post their opinons? If other people wanna post that their favourite shows are being cancelled or cut, whatever. Then sure, go ahead.

I just posted this because: 1) That 70's Show is an awesome show (and one of my favourites) and i'm sure many others would agree and 2) Because I happened to see this so I thought I might post it.
So it's like when one band announces their retirement and someone makes a thread about it. It's all of a sudden wrong (or stupid?) for them to post it since.... "bands will obviously eventually die out or retire at some point. How do you think their fans felt when that happened?"

If your going to post something as stupid as that, then please don't bother. This thread is merely saying that "blah blah blah, That 70's Show has been cancelled" and stuff, not for you to go on about some other crap. And would you for christs sake, stop bringing up extremely old threads from MONTHS ago, or a few pages back? Okay maybe I took this too far with this long post, but meh. I just felt the need to say this, for some weirdass reason.

I would have created a thread on the same subject, even just for the sake discussion, but it felt like a "you're damned if you, you're damned if you don't" situation. So. . .Pardon me. *shrugs*

Malcolm rocks, I'll miss that show a lot

That 70's show, love that show! That 80's show is kinda lame, way not as funny as That 70's show.

I am just saying, shows are bound to go off air at some point, so it is kind of pointless to want a show to stay on air forever. Be glad with all the episodes you seen, and hope the final one is the best, that is my advice.

Yeah I know that and so they should since if they're on for too long they just might begin to suck - with the exception of a few shows. But that doesn't mean I still can't make a discussion or anything about lol.

Grae, yeah I saw one episode of That 80's Show, it sucked and was well lame. And plus the 80's wasn't like the 70's aka. the dress style and stuff xD. That 80's show is like a really really lame, crappy ripoff that will never go well lol.

I remember when a show called Full Metal Alchemist had its final episode, it was excellent, and more importantly, it went out with a bang.

Yes, but that was Fullmetal alchemist, where every episode kicked ass. (plus you can't really compare an anime with a total different theme to a TV show set in the 70s)
Having never seen That 70's show (Stupid lame 4-channel TV!), I don't really care that it's going... But I can see some of you really enjoy it, so I want to see it now!

Even the name "That 80's Show" makes it seem like a total crappy ripoff!

It's fair enough to want the shows you love to go on and on, but you never know you might just get lucky and they'll bring it back!
