My favorite character was Either Squall or Irvine. Squall was cool but acted a little cold and Irvine was just an all around ladies man. An admirable guy. :D

I love Quistes, she's sexy. Zell is cool too but I kind I got the feeling throughout the game that maybe.. during the early years of seed, perhaps Squall and Zell were "very good friends" or maybe just porn buds. but they both look a little fruity I think. LOL, As the FFs get greater in # the main charactor gets gayer and gayer, have you noticed?

Yes squall had the best weapon of any FF I think. I wish Gunblades were real! And Griever was the best summon type Character ever, it's a shame he couldn't really be used.
I liked every character except Irvine. I thought he was a slimeball :P
But my favourite...ouch, don't make me pick! >_>
I suppose Rinoa or Laguna. I think. They were awesome. d(^o^)b
Lol, Yea. As muh as I liked FFX Tidus seemed so Gay. I was like What the Hell they just keep getting gayer. Lol and lets not forget Zidane.

Yeah, I guess you're right, thank god they aren't getting to the point of being cross-dressers like Kuja. Anyway, I think Irvine would be my favorite character, not for his weapon or limit break or he loved women or whatever the hell you losers liked him for, but just because he had that whole cowboy look going on, not to mention the shotgun helped too.

Yes...I coulda sworn he was from Texas...was that you Bizzaro!? lol. Maybe Irvine was really Bizarro lol. Nah...my favourite...could take a while to think of this...it's usually Irvine but I liked Barret. Not because of his style, but because of the way he yapped on. It was cool I guess. And him in a Sailor Suit was hilarious.

From FF VIII, it's definitely Irvine yeah. Although I loved Seifer's whole...leather thing. It was kinda...whoo! Groovy. He reminds me of James Marsters who plays Spike in Buffy actually.
Sorry, didn't realise it was Final Fantasy VIII only ha ha.

As much as the whole leather thing scared me, Seifer was pretty cool, he had that whole bad ass bully thing going on. Too bad you only use him on that one mission.

My favourite is Seifer, either before or after he meets with ultimecia/edea. Once he starts to "serve" her, he becomes mindless and dull, but his badness is too much :D

He made it worth playing FFVIII...eventhough the story sucks and it's a Final Fantasy which means all characters have the IQ's of raisins.

SEIFER! He is so goddamn sexy and he's a bit of a bad buy...okay alot of a bad boy. After him I also love Selphie and Zell cuz they are some hyperactive dudes.
I liked Selphie and Zell.I like the hyperactive characters in FF. :)
i have two faves on FF VIII, and those two are aquall for his coolness abd Zell... coz he is Zell =)
Seifer hes a badboy i usally like that type lol but his character has a powerful essence

Wow this is a toughie it is between Zell and Squall for me, but if i had to chose it would have to be....both :D
Ooh, Gunblades... I like Squall (does anyone not?) but my favorite is a cross between Selphie and Quistis.
Squall, i dunno i felt like i was able to relate to him at the time i first played it (the depressingness and all :P)

Squall, he's my third Final Fantasy character in general after Sephiroth and Cloud. I like his Mysterious image and as you progress through the game, you learn more and more about him and other people connecting to him. A very unique character.

cmon who doesnt like squall? but he is so cold and often heartless (not to mention more often than not he acts like he took some oxy-cottons) my original fave right from the very start was zell, his gloves are awesome, he is energetic, he is really cool and kinda smart for example at the start he was smart enuff not to jump cliff to cliff like a moron and cmon who doesnt like a guy who runs around the world just to hit the enemy i mean how AWESOME is that

Mty fav character is rinoa because of her limit angel wing (try leaving her with only one meteor and she will utterly destroy your enemy)
My least fav one was irvine because he was so stupid
Well, my favortie character would have to be...Zell Dincht. I don't know why but I think he's funny, dude.
