I agree. The part I think you need to work on the most is the hands, that and Kakashi's face looks a bit odd.

What I offered there is what we in the art community call 'constructive criticism'. Basically, it's criticism, but rather than going 'OMG that crap delete!', we point out where the artist can improve.
