well, i thought this was some badass anime.
its a great show, also known as Fooly Cooly (FLCL)
the show almost makes no sense but its funny and weirdly intruiging.

has anyone else seen it?

I've watched like one or two episodes, isn't it about this kid who meets a girl who has a guitar and a scooter and then there's a robot and something like a hand pops out of the kid's head? Umm... sorry, I've only seen like the last episodes....
