It's proberly asking for plugins. Here you can find a lot of plugins for ePSXe: www.ngemu.com/psx/epsxe.php?action=plugins (http://www.ngemu.com/psx/epsxe.php?action=plugins)
For the BIOS, just search for it on Google, we can't provide it, because it's copyrighted.

Well you can do it the legal way, which would be to buy em, or you can do it the other way, download them. As for the downloading option I no longer would be able to tell ya. There used to be an IRC channel I'd go to and there would be a bunch of people hosting a shit load of games, but last night when I thought I'd try to download resident evil 2 I found their channel seems to have been shut down by the server they were on. Which leaves me 2 other options for getting resident evil 2, seeing if a friend has it and if he/she will let me rip it and make a copy or checking a used store for it. I'll probably go with checking a used store when I'm not lazy and acually feel like going and checking lol

You can also use torrents to download PSX games. Websites you can find PSX torrent files on are:
www.torrentreactor.to
www.isohunt.com
Of course, it's advised by the disclaimer to only download them if you have an actual copy of the game. :P lol

Torrent files carry the information what for files are needed to be downloaded, the size, location etc.
I use Shareaza (http://www.shareaza.com) for downloading torrents. Downloading PSX iso's can take some time, but when it's 100% you often need to extract the files. Then run the iso (or bin) with the emulator.

Yeah, basically all you have to do is on one of those sites I provided, or another torrent site, search for the torrent you want, download it. Then open it using Shareaza or another bit-torrent client you're using, and it downloads the files automatically. I use the torrent client Azureus, which you can get here (http://forums.torrentspy.com/showthread.php?t=25614). I use this because you can optimize the entire connection on all ends, bypassing the strict limitations of your ISP. Just follow the directions on that link, and it will teach you to bypass your ISP's limits. :)
