besides windy and sandy how can i get fame fast in all the other places???

Haha, for Norg fame, just trade lots and LOTS of yagudo necklaces to Nanaa in Windy. It's a pain, that's how you get fame for the Utsusemi scroll (You're nuts, or rich xD, if you BUY the scroll). For Jeuno, Bastok, and Sandy fame, go to Selbina and trade lots of La Theine cabbage to the guy with sheep. I recommend you buy the cabbage off NPCs, though.

I'm lead to understand that the Selbina quest with moss/cabbages whatever gives negative norg fame though, for Norg fame I found Yag necklaces the best, try get a friend to come along too so they can hold some necklaces for you and just go to town on Yagudo in Giddeus. Bastok fame, I actually did it all with indevidual quests to rank 5 or 6 fame, some of the quests are really interesting rather then the boring repetative ones, so try check around on allakhazam or something for quests that you can do.
