Shadow Hearts From the New world

Thanks to XSEED games, Shadow Hearts Fans in the US have finally got a chance to enjoy the third entry in the Shadow Hearts series.

Me being the insane fan, has the game in his posession, even though his exams are right around the corner xD

The game... right. It's pretty darn good. It's a good, No a great game, but if compared to Shadow Hearts Covenant, it's not better. Shadow Hearts From The New World's Humour is a tad bit better than Covenant's, but the story loses the dark realistic feel that SH Covenant had. At the same time, the graphics have been taken up a notch, and look darn good. The gameplay remains mostly the same, except for the addition of the "Stock" Ability.

And erm... Johnny is so < to Yuri. xD

Looks like any dark feel from the original has been gradually lost. >_<
The first was great and very dark, second was great and half as dark, the third is great(??) and...not dark at all.
I think that's a shame really, it's what made the SH series so different from other RPGs. I don't like the happy and bright looks of this game personally, doesn't feel like SH at all. I will get the game, but imo it won't be the same <.<
