A 2-D fighting game with plenty of soundtracks due to it's rock based genre. This game characters are full of musical references of famous rock-bands.

Has anyone else played Guilty Gear games?

I have played Guilty Gear X-2, its the most challenging beat em up I have ever played, I still havent completedit and I got it at christmas XD

Ah yes, a wonderufl 2-D fighting game, one that is exceptionally well made, and a nice break from the 3-D enviornment. The gameplay itself is what makes this so popular, and the characters make it very unique. Have any of you played this game?

But yeah, I got Guilty Gear Isuka the other day. It's pretty good, I like the 2D Adventure Mode though it's pretty annoying to move about, took me ages to figure out how to turn around lol. But yeah, its the most challenging fighting game I have ever played. I guess thats why not many people are into it, plus it being 2D but it really is worth it. You cannot button mash with this game, which makes it so good.

I found Isuka to be a bit of a disappointment. Not that I'm saying it wasn't a good game, but I was hoping for more than just free-for-alls, side-scrolling, and Robo-Ky Customizing. The music in XX(X2) was better than this, which was a total let-down for me. CG boost mode didn't allow barriers at the edge of the screens which made it harder for you defeat enemies and it makes it very inconvenient for the characters who are better off at combo chaining when cornering. It seems there was no storyline to Isuka either.

OOOH I love this game... especially Dizzy and Millia rage... shes so cheap. It's extremely hard in survival mode. I own GG Isuka GG2 GG1 and GBA GG
