It Walked Steady

I've seen this and that,
but can't seem to see anymore,
I've got my head on tight,
but I've lost every meaning to the core.

It finds me, it bites,
it loses it's sight,
pick up the bones,
and find me again,
something inside me,
it starts to descend.

Why don't I just find a way,
to see the other side,
can't think again once it falls off,
but can't see once it's near.

Watch me - find myslef again,
bleeding - I can't see my hand,
screaming - My heart starts to descend,
believing - I have found you...

It can't seem to walk,
but it still wants to stalk,
inside and out the head,
something around here, beginning to shed.

It walks steady,
but it limps,
it walks steady,
to something out of it's reach...

It walks steady...
it walks steady...
making sure it's ready...
it walks steady.
