Your most hated moment?

What is your most hated moment in all the Final Fantasy series?

In Final Fantasy VII, I'd have to say leaving Midgar. On one hand the game seems to open up exponentially to you but on the other hand you're leaving Midgar! I really would have loved to explore more of the slums and the plate.

The only most hated moment in FF I have; is similar to yours, I really wanted to explore Midgar a bit more, I feel 4-5 hours should have been spent on Midgar before leaving.
Plus, there's also the part where to find the Sector 7 key to even enter Midgar afterwards.

I think thats what I hate about most FF's, the areas you want to explore you dont get that much exploration. Even if you dont want to explore it, you still dont get that many chances to explore areas, too many limits on areas.

Yeah that does suck. I hope FFXII can fix that! The demo was very restricing and linear; offered no exploration what so ever. I know the real game will be different, but I would've liked to go into the cave they blocked off, but let enemies come out of. =S

Story event wise, the thing I hated most was...

Cloud's whole "finding himself" segment in lifestream on Disc 2 of FF7. First time through it was good, second time through it was boring, third time through it sucks big time!

There are so many moments with Tidus and Yuna I hate it's hard to pinpoint....but one of those is my most hated moment.

Or when the game ends.

And FFXII will rectify that problem, I have read things that say exactly that when the jap version was reviewed.

I don't know why I hate this bit so much but in FFX where Yuna asks Tidus to be her guardian and Yuna starts off like "It's just that....*Lulu comes in to ruin the moment*" "Can this wait until later?" I wanted to hear what Yuna was going to say :upset:

i dont know many good bits obscure the bad. most hated to do with FFX though. hated voice over bits with yujna and tidus, most hated moment was when i read about the pointless stupid hours of dullness you have to endure to get stats even near that which you need to beat everything in FFX (the hardest creatures), that made me just not wanna play the game. as if i cant full complete a game(beat all mosters get ultimate equipment etc) in an RPG without having to endure stupid amount of time i really dont wanna play it. oo... got that off my chest lol

i hated the moment in FFX when seymour acts like a nice guy then later on he trys to kill you i found that very annoying and when Yuna being all shy that seymour ask to marry her and god she could not make up her mind

What is my most hated part? hmmmmm... it's hard coz the final fantasy series is so good, I guess I hate the part in ff8 when you reach the fourth disc and everything gets sealed off, I mean I got almost everything at that point but I couldnt go to my fave places anymore or get the few things missed

i really hate it in FF when u have to watch a long and boring cutscene and u can't skip it and if your really unlucky your PS2 or whateva your playing on crashes and u have to watch the cutscene again

FFXII. I just started playing it a couple days ago. I dont save often (since I figure I have some strategies to survive. LOTS of potions :P) and just after going to Dalan's Place, I saved, and headed out for the giza plain nomads.

Well, two areas beyond that, there were 2 werewolves. I figured "Okay, yeh, they look kinda big. but its just the beginning of the game! How much can they possibly do?" Owned in one shot w/o saving <_>

T_T Finally! About to finish Final Fantasy IX, 1 guy to go. After Trance Kuja I thought, 'This has to be the end.' and it was. I had a save point not too long ago. But since then I had gained about 10 levels on the 4 of my characters, learned a lot of new stuff and could beat those Yans quite easily. I went to kill the last guy and died. Lost 10 levels and too much money... :(

My most hated moment was in Final Fantasy X-2 when I entered the cave in the Mi'ihen Highroad with all those Crimson Spheres. I had to fight Rikku, Paine, Baralai, Gippal and Nooj. Man, I died like a rookie!

The end of FFX, the trouble i had with yu yevon equals the enemies on besaid island, very annoying.

Honestly other than forgetting to save or just being cocky and not saving because i'm over confident,

I hate.... HATE how Sephiroth... NEVER TRIES. He never seems to put his ALL in his fights. I mean cloud (being the hero) just HAS to win I mean by far the worst final fantasy moment being when cloud and sephiroth final face off no one else perfect showdown...
Yet you have one option and no matter what sephiroth dies.
Then in the movie somehow cloud magically gets all his swords to attack him at once.
And in Crisis Core. Fighting Sephiroth was far too easy. Although this is my favorite part. I still saw him as too easy :/
BUT i must say. Sephiroth in KH and KH II,He was actually a challenge and i enjoyed the fight :]

My most hated point in Final Fantasy VII is what happened to Aeris (/cry). My second most hated point was how in Final Fantasy IX the cities kept becoming burnt to a crisp and Cleyra was eliminated. I have a few others but I cannot remember them up until this moment.
