Just go to Port Bastok, Port San d'Oria or Heaven`s Tower and buy a World Pass there for a small fee. Don't ask such things here, especially if you only have 1 post.

Get your brother to buy you one =P Only cost something in the region of 1-3,000 gil, easy enough to farm around one of the starting cities.
