Xenosaga

Let's have a discussion about the Xenosaga series.

I never played a Xenosaga game, but maybe I'm gonna buy one.
Is it worth to buy Episode II? They didn't release Episode I here, but I red that Episode II has a extra DVD with the story of Episode I on it.

Well Xenosaga 1 is worth buying, though it never came to EU shores at all. =X So if you wanna play it you need an NTSC PS2. But that Xenosaga is deffinetly worth getting.
As for Xenosaga 2 I have that as well, though I havent played it at all yet so I can't really judge that one. But if it comes with a special DVD thing, I suppose there's no harm in buying it =P

That's what I thought and I got it awhile back, only played a bit of it and didn't really enjoy it.

But I haven't played the first game, so it's just a series not to my taste. I think it's a hit or miss kinda game.

I would try it, I didn't like it but you might well. I mean it doesn't cost much anyway! ;)

xenosaga episode one was pretty good, although it has a very confusing storyline.
i almost beat the game, although my characters were far behind up to par..
i got to the elevator part and lost like several hundred times, so i finally gave up.
but then someone stole it from me, so i dont have it anymore.
its still a good game that i wouldnt mind giving another shot

as for episode two, I heard it wasnt worth anyones time and that it had more scenes then actual gameplay, which is absolutely no fun.
then i heard the gameplay was alot harder then the first one, which was already hard.
but id still give it a shot though

and ive never played xenogears, perhaps thats why i do not understand xenosaga period.. XD
