Fresh Shoutbox

Due to the recent attacks by Turkish 'hackers' the shoutbox has been upgraded to a new version. Unfortunately I had to uninstall the old version to install the new version. All old shouts have all been deleted.
With the new version some bugs have been fixed. Users should be able to edit their shouts now. Also it will decrease server intensity, due to the hack now using a flatfile instead of AJAX.
One thing that is currently disabled is the timestamps. No date/time will appear with the shouts.

but have the hackers stopped yet, anyway back to the shoutbox. I hardly got to use the old shoutbox but i will use the new one when i get the chance.
