View Full Version : Anime in the UK
So I've been looking relentlessly all over Sky and stuff these last few months just hoping to catch a tv channel showing some anime (that isn't pokemon or digimon ¬_¬) but so far my results have been pretty depressing... not a sausage to be seen.
So, I was wondering if anyone could give me a list of series and what UK channel they're on and maybe even days or times if you could be so kind :),
You could try Cartoon Network Adult Swim :x Personally we don't have that over here but I heard that's as decent an anime channel that you're gonna get :x
*cough*Youtube*cough*torrents*cough* xD

Send me in the post (or bring 'em down when you come down) a stack of blank DVDs. I will make my nearly 200gb collection available to you.
Rapture Channel (180 ish) shows Fullmetal Alchemist
Cartoon Network//Adult Swim are the only things that would come to mind. Unless you can get access to Anime on Demand in the UK, then I have no idea. :P

I AGREE WITH BAKA LOL.
Well, all I remember was that they would show the random anime film on Sci-Fi channel, I don't know if they do anymore though...o_o
Unless you can somehow get a satellite that will pick up American stations then I have no clue, if you could possible pick up The Anime Network then that would be great for you.

If not, then it's torrents and youtube for you =\

Last I saw the Sci-Fi Channel wasn't showing anymore random anime. But I must admit it was a while ago I check their full schedule. So they might have started showing some again.
As for any other channels I don't know of any. So the best way of seeing anime would be to either buy it, download it, or youTube it.
