There's a bug in the vbPlaza system which doesn't give access to the Arcade for members who have bought an Arcade Access item. Due to this I've changed it so that everyone can access the Arcade (even without an arcade access item). However the price you have to pay to play a game has increased to 100 Gil. When you got a highscore with a game you get 1000 Gil.
The Arcade Passes still work though. When buying one of these the games will be free of charge for example 1 day. These items however also increased in price.
This change is only temporary. When the bug has been fixed things will be set to normal again.
