I made this sig with Paint.Net, and I actually don't know anything about it...
My first try with this program

Don't know the program so can't really say much about it but I must say I love it.. ^^ only the text is a no. >_<

my opinion is that it's too bright, and doesn't have enough contrast... but if you look beyond that it's very nice!

I had to make it this bright... else you would see my bad cutting xD
And about the text... I know it sucks, but that's the best that program can do o.o;
