does anyone know where to get the atma weapon??

and is it before the world of ruin or after?

before. On your way to the esper gate, there's an area inside the volcano where you press a switch and a door opens. In it is some items and Atma Weapon. I believe it can also be stolen for one or two enemies, including one of the forms of the final boss (It ain't just kefka, if this is your first time through :P)

yeah.. it is my first time through. i started it like 2 years or so ago, but i stopped playing it for some time. and now ive started playing it again.
