Sig and Avatar Request

Hello people! Well, yeah...I'm getting tired of my old sigs even though the lovely Mirae did a great job but I've had my sig for AGES so I think it's time I change it. I'm wanting a signature and avatar using the image I have as my current avatar. All I want adding is the name "Dale" to them both, referably in red and if you can, Superman-esque writing. Could anyone do that? It's a simple task and a bit boring I realise that but if you have ideas you want to add to it, then I'd be happy to have a sig with your improvements! Thank you!

I'm still rather newbish when it comes to sigs, but meh! You've already told me you liked them :P I'm not too fond of how the white-effect ended up in the avatar, so I might remake that one during the day.
