RPG maker XP pls help

I have started using RPG maker Xp and i have created about 10 maps and edited all the enemies
Here are my queries:
can you change enemy graphics?
While playing, how do you pass from one map to another?
while, playing how do you meek other ppl?

1) Yes, you can import monster images which you can find on various RPG Maker XP websites. Use Google to find them.
2) You have to make an event and add a teleport command to it. Go to event layer and then right click where you want to make it and select new event. Then double click on the <> to open the commands window and find teleport.
3) I don't know what you mean??

how do you make other ppl appear and talk to you?

i found out how to make ppl talk
BUT
the speech just keeps on coming (the same message ) how do i amend to that?
