RPG Maker on PS2

One of my friends was planning on getting one of the RPG Makers on the PS2 and was planning on getting the most recent one released. He thought that RPGM3 was the most recent release, but I thought I saw an RPGM4. Can someone please tell me what is the most recent installment on the PS2 and about how much it costs? I'd like to get this information to him soon.

The latest one available is RPG Maker 3 and has been released back in 2005. I don't know how much it costs, since it hasn't been released here in Europe. ;(
