What's “Mog Bonanza”?
Final Fantasy XI's 6th anniversary is just around the corner, and to celebrate this happiest of occasions, the Mog House Management Union (MHMU) has decided to hold the very first Mog Bonanza event, kupo! We moogles have spared no effort to ensure that this inaugural event is a runaway success, with the prizes prepared bound to have even the most appallingly affluent adventurers drooling uncontrollably, kupo! This is the chance to turn your Vana'dielian dreams into reality and become the envy of all fellow adventurers by winning stupendous amounts of gil, or super-rare items of legend like the Kraken Club...and more!


How to Play
The Mog Bonanza is a number-guessing game in which you pick a five-digit number of your choice, kupo.
Playing is simple! Purchase a Mog Bonanza marble (*1) from a Bonanza Moogle at designated areas (*2), then have the vendor inscribe your desired five-digit number on it, kupo. If you can't decide on a number, we moogles will be more than happy to pick one for you. The winning numbers will be announced at a later date, so sit tight and leave the rest to Lady Luck, kupo!

The conditions for winning are as follows:
Rank 1 prize: all five digits.
Rank 2 prize: last four digits.
Rank 3 prize: last three digits.
Rank 4 prize: last two digits.
Rank 5 prize: last digit.

Up to 10 Mog Bonanza marbles can be purchased per character level 5 or above. You can have the same number inscribed on multiple marbles. This will mean bigger earnings should you have a winning number, kupo.

Purchase your Mog Bonanza marbles, check winning numbers, and collect prizes from Bonanza Moogles at Port San d'Oria (I-9), Port Bastok (L-8), Port Windurst (F-6), or the Chocobo Circuit (H-8), kupo.

Oh my god rofl, that looks awesome xD Funny how theres something for EVERY Job in there too... 100 million would be awesome... I wouldn't mind some of those other prices too but I'd HAVE To opt for the 100 million! Lol xD I'd probably save it so I could get an Amanomurakumo but yeah, whats the odds of that lol.

I like this idea though, I'm definitely taking part. It's kinda like the lottery :P

Ya, to be honest apart from possibly Futsuno Mitama (the Great Katana from AV) I'd say the 100mil is by far the superior rank 1 prize, since it costs about um... well, on Fairy at least, 8mil or so for a Salvage body? (Are's, Skadi, Morrigan's and Marduk) Odin is far from impossible with a solid group (Hofud, Valk Fork, Valkyrie's Breastplate and Robe) Same goes for Ridil and 100mil will buy you a Kraken or two np. HQ Abj bodies are nice I suppose if you don't have an HNM shell nor ever plan on doing HNM's but with 100mil I suspect you could buy enough materials to get a HQ from a 100+3 crafter eventually before your 100mil got even close to running out :x)

Rank 2 prizes are pretty nice, probably still go for 10mil over a Dyna-Xarc drop, though a hassle free Duelist Chapeau would be nice. Friend said the same thing about Assassins Armlets (we have bad drop rate on those ; ; )

Rank 3 Hauteclaire > 1mil for me :x We do Khimaira all the time but have only had about... 3 Haut's drop compared to over 10+ Seveneyes. And I have both the Homam and Nashira drops from that rank :3

Its a good idea, but its definatly square enix getting everyone to make mules for it lol.

I can't believe I blew 20k on this actually. 10 marbles on each character. Wouldn't mind, but it's more the idea of waiting to June 30th and my hopes slowly climbing thinking i'll win! It would be lovely to get the 100 mil.. But, meh, we'll see. The chances are so slim... And considering I literally just smashed my face on my keyboard to choose my numbers, I doubt i'll have much luck!
