Suikoden Series

Suikoden is one of my all time favorite game series. The story, characters, battles, and the idea of getting 108 stars.. I love it all. I didn't see a thread here about Suikoden, so I thought I'd go ahead and make one. My favorite Suikoden games are probably SII and SIII. As for characters, I like most of them. If anyone here also loves Suikoden, please post.

So, what is your favorite Suikoden game, character, or any other thing that you greatly enjoy about the series?

I've only played Suikoden II, and it's a cool game. What a like about it is the characters and the storyline. Getting all those 108 stars is really worth it. Too bad I haven't got them all yet.

I've downloaded Suikoden I once and played the beginning, but I didn't really like that.
I'll buy Suikoden IV once, when the price has dropped down a bit. Got too many other games to play...

i can't remember which one i played, it was etheir the first or second but it was a cool game. Alot of character thought XD

Ive always wanted to play one but never really had the time too..nor the money...T<T

Suikoden III is my favorite. It's been a while since I've beat one and two, but I think Suikoden IV was a waste of money and time for developing the game.

All you Suikoden II fans should definitely play Suikoden III, it's everything Suikoden II had to offer and offers more.

I agree about Suikoden IV. It just didn't have that Suikoden feel to it. :'( I guess it would still be a good game if you could play it before the other Suikoden's. But by then, You'd probably get put out by it and never play the others. So nevermind. :P It was still okay IMO, but could have been a LOT better.

Suikoden II and III were definately the best Suikoden's. Suikoden I was also a great introductory game for them.
