[Forum] Graphics Shop + Request Section

You should make a GFX Request section where we also make graphic shops in it (so we don't have to waste space have two seperate forums when really they're kind of like the same thing), you know just like the old forum, xP.

I agree with Auron. The old Graphics Shop Section was more convienent, I really didn't know where to post this time around and just took a lucky guess, so that would be cool to have again.
