Yeah it was released in Japan last month. It'll be released in America in mid March some time, but I'm not exactly sure of the date.

I've got it reserved at GameStop already. :D

I honestly dont mind that SE took their time with this one. Did you know that when they had FFX finished and FFXI almost running, the project and the game of FFXII was already done and made? I am sure you have seen the anouncements where SE said that they keep delaying FFXII? They said that they wanted to improve the game so they delayed it. And you know what? I dont mind at all :D XD So I can wait untill the end of 2006, then I will be thinking "Come on with that crap!", like with KH2 =P

Bleh, if it's released in March 2006 in the US, it'll probably be a couple of months after that over here in Europe =/

Sucks that American games don't work on European consoles, even though I've reliably heard that Japanese games would work on Euro consoles I don't really fancy playing the game in a language I don't understand.

Yeah it was released in Japan last month.
It hasn't been released in Japan yet! The release date is still unknown, but it will be released before March 2006...:eek:

Haven't seen the latest trailor, only one I've seen is the one that Zidane put up on the main site a couple of months back. Found some .pdf files about the game off the Japanese SE site, maybe I'll have a go at looking for them again to put up on the new forums once I get back from holidays.

:o damn... IGN sucks.

Anyone seen the latest trailer? Apparently FFXII takes place two years after FFX. It has english subtitles for all of the Japanese talking and what not. It's going to have some pretty impressive FMV's.

but it looks nothing like spira.....and from railers and screenshots...,...brand new places have been created out of nothing

Yeah I know, but in the very beginning of the trailer it says two years after FFX. So anything can be possible.

All of the characters seem kind of weak, in my opinion. Too ambitious, not many other qualities. I'm still getting it though.

Okay, sure, I'll upload it to some site such as yousendit or something, because the place I got it from you have to pay $20 as an annual fee to download files off of.

Could be. All I know is the trailer says "Two years after Final Fantasy X..." right after the Square-Enix logo. Once I get back from my doctor's appointment I'll upload it all for you.

Anyway it looks alright I saw the trailer last year. Either that or it was FFXI but I'm pretty sure it was a FFXII trailer I saw. Well it had some kind of dog/cat woman busting a couple of blokes outta jail... but yes they were kinda like Auron and Tidus wannabes......
