What the flip? How come no ones mentioned teenage mutant ninja turtles?

The old early 90s cartoons were awesome. All the movies are awesome. Comics are awesome. The new comers are eh but there still turtles and they still rule. Unfortuantly they lost there power to Power Rangers which then lost there power to ANIME (mainly Pokemon and dragon ball)

Kevin Nash is in the second movie at the end for like a minute. He's a former WWF superstar who used to be the bodyguard for Shawn Michaels. He was also called Diesel. In WCW he formed the NWO with Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall.

I was on topic cheif, any way, Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles was great in the 90's, but the new one's suck. The TMNT current theme song is too curent, and too much like rap. That is my piece.

Aha! I'm amazed I skipped over this thread, I spent the last week downloading the first two movies (didn't like the 3rd one), and downloading the original series. I kinda stumbled across it on www.retrojunk.com and sat there staring thinking "I used to watch this for hours a day... and no wonder why, it's so damn cool!", and one thing kinda followed on from another XD

I've watched the first movie, and the second one completed at 1am last night, i started watching it, got 5mins in and thought "i'm too tired" and havent got round to watching it yet!
I love the old theme tune, I prefer the US version to the UK, because they changed "ninja" to "hero" as we weren't allowed "ninja" on TV in the UK for some freaked-out reason, and it's done really badly... "teenage mutant n-hero turtles" and "splinter taught them to be n-fighting teens"

I never got round to reading the comics, but I don't like the new series, it's all that new "US-Anime" style and April doesn't look right... Although I have to say Casey Kicks ass in the new version!

yes he does. and have you seen the new version in which they meet each other as kids? and the turtles try to teach casey how to fight.

yeah ninja turttles were cool but now it change to differently i think the old show was better
