you'd have to have the music hosted online somewhere. Baicly you'd have to upload your songs to your host. Then download the file they give you and extract it. Open the playlist.xml in notepad or whatever. Whereever you see "<song path="Song Link Here.mp3" title="Artist - Track" />" you'd have to put the path to your song, the artist and the name of your track. After you got all your songs listed, upload both files to your webhost. Then according to this use http://tinyurl.com/ to make the path to the player.swf file smaller. Then use
<embed src="Your TinyURL Address" menu="false" quality="high" width="300" height="320" name="index" allowScriptAccess="always" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" flashvars="playList=http://pathto/playlist.xml&ShowPlaylist=1&ShowEQ=1&firstTrack=1&initVol=50" wmode="transparent" border="0" />
you can/have to change some of thse values:
src - Set this to the URL that TinyURL gave you.
playList - set this to the EXACT URL of your playlist.xml file.
ShowPlaylist - This controls whether the playlist is visible upon startup. 1 for yes, 0 for no.
ShowEQ - This controls whether the equilizer is visible on startup. 1 for yes, 0 for no.
firstTrack - Sets which track should be played initially. Setting 0 will turn autostart off.
initVol - Sets the initial volume of the player. 0 (mute) to 100 (maximum)
this is probably more confusing than their guide XD i'm confusing myself here lol

you have to host the songs on a web host. sign up there, upload the songs and then get the url for them.
i think he/she is trying to get the song, but it looks like its a flash animation just by the link, simple way to put it, you cant get the song.
