I've enabled the option for users to use External Data like RSS and XML.
Browsers like Firefox have a build-in RSS reader. When you view a website or forum with RSS enabled, Firefox will show this icon http://forums.hellandheavennet.com/images/misc/rss.gif at the right-bottom of the screen. Click on it will sign you up. This will add the Forums to your bookmarks with the 10 latest threads.

RSS: http://forums.hellandheavennet.com/external.php?type=rss
RSS 2: http://forums.hellandheavennet.com/external.php?type=rss2
XML: http://forums.hellandheavennet.com/external.php?type=xml

It's not working, mate.
When I click the icon in the address bar, it asks me to bookie the Live Feed, but it failed to load when clicking it.
Clicking on those links manually and opening them in a new tab, shows un-styled XML.
