Why do I even bother?

I apologise if this is against the rules but I've had just about all I can take from these stupid Resident Evil forums. This all started 2 years ago and I've had unfair treatment and harassment everywhere I've went. First it was TotallyRE then it was Resident Evil Horror then it was those Bio-HQ Forums and then it spread to other boards. A few months ago, I joined a forum I had never even heard of in my life and then they banned me too. Sometimes I get banned without any justification.

Although I have taken some immature measures to get them to stop, you have no idea what they've done to me. They have repeatedly attacked me on boards. This person called Mary has gave people my real address details and somebody called Ada phoned me all the way from Holland. They've proceeded to ban my accounts and degrade me for no reason. They've been spreading lies to other sites, while joining my peaceful TotallyDC board to harass me there by posting crap about how I'm a loser. They also add me to MSN and annoy me there as well. Now my computer has a virus and it all points to them. I wish they lived nearby, then I would introduce them to my fists. I'm that angry with them. Some other forum that just got revived let me stay, but they have removed certain rights, such as my ability to send private messages.

I've complained to the vBulletin support forums about this abuse, but they are refusing to take action because they are using their software. I've tried running my own boards, but the server dies or people come and deliberately ruin them. I have had enough crap on forums to fill a book. Infact, I should have started saving notes from the very first forum I joined. No matter where I go, I get this bullshit and it's really pissing me off. I came across a site about online bullying and everything that was mentioned there strongly relates to them. I have gathered a lot of evidence and I plan on handing it over to my ISP soon. Perhaps they might be able to do something to end this madness.

Looks like you had something in it since most of them state you spammed and harassed other member's of the forums by e-mail or whatever. Then, they have banned you and so on. I can't really say anything there because I don't really know what happened.

But damn, the guy in the first link, Jason Gervais, seems to be a real loser and an immature ****.

Not sure about what you can do about how Mary got a hold of your address. Although, she's in some deep stuff herself, she's basically a criminal. If anything happens to you that is.

Foolish moves if you ask me, but I can't really tell. I do not know what have you done to desrve this treatment. Don't say that you've done nothing, it must have been something.

That was quite a silly thing to do, really. Your best bet would have been to contact their ISPs, and not throw such a major wobbly.

He was blocked from the the "Entertainment" for posting spoilers, and not putting "spoiler" in the title, makeing it so anybody who read his post would allready know what happens in the film
Fair enough, I guess, but they should have issued a warning first.

Now, I can see WHY they did some of what they did, but they went about it in such an evil way.


I seem to have this strange image in my mind of a kid who spammed the **** out of these forums and made like 50 accounts. A kid who signed me op to tons of forums and email lists, pretty much rendering my email address useless

Having seen that, I've just lost all sympathy for you, Grace. Someone did that to me once, and it's about the most annoying non-viral thing that can be done to you.

One of the greatest things about the internet is anonymity. If you'd changed your name, and stopped making topics about how much you hate this Marco dude on every single forum you've been on, it wouldn't get traced to you, and as long as you didn't carry on doing silly things, you'd be able to leave it all behind.

First of all, stop asking why you get banned. It's clear that these people just really dislike you. They dont care about 80's music, they dont like it that you may post threads dissing the modern lore of music and other entertainment. stop that, that kinda annoyed me too, and stop asking whats wrong with the world, all I can say is "get on with it".

People on these forums have 2 modes.

The "don't care" mode, which is so reminiscent of the grunge slacker thing that was so popular with teenagers 10 years ago, you'll post, but you won't really care what people have to say, try to adopt the attitude. The aggressive thing doesn't suit you, and no ofense neither does the intellectual gib, you should just be more laid back and not care about what they say. Why? It's the internet of course, one button and you don't have to worry about all of them.

Then theres the abusive shouting mode I see one of them go into, especially Michael when he was shouting at your little sister for bad grammar. I'm personally going to join all those boards and flame all those ****s back for everything they said, for fun.

So I think what you need is a sligth attitude adjustment. Stop caring why you get banned, stop asking why and don't care about what they say.
Fact is you're there to talk about the games you like, Resident Evil, and thats it.

And don't make so many threads about this and that and the next thing, too many threads = annoying, no offense.

My sister's grammar has improved since then. Infact, she registered as Alice here. She's not a big fan of bulletin boards like me though. Yeah, Michael was just being an ass. They let me come back but I stopped going there because that dick was removing posts behind my back, then pretending he never knew I was allowed back.

Well, we were good friends and after she banned me, she told me she was raped and assaulted by other men in a church. Then I got a bit comfortable with her and I got confused over this forum activation form. I asked her to help me. I think this forum required your address details because some of the boards could be upgraded and I never realised they checked them for approval. Down the road, we fought again and then she gave my address to TotallyRE. It's still there somewhere. Then this person called Ada from another forum befriended me. Eventually she deleted me from my own forum because I was arguing elsewhere. However, she wouldn't admit it and she banned me from her forum. As strange as this sounds, I then used a proxy on her forum and validating members had the ability to delete threads. Well, guess what happened next.

Basically, I've had a whole plethora of bullshit at forums. :rolleyes:

Oh and according to the Data Protection act I'm pretty sure you can take legal action against Mary, fact is she had information on you,information you knew she had, information that she willingly posted on a public forum without your consent. You should look up the Data Protection act, read it, and see if theres anything you can do about her, and if she gives you any more trouble send her a nice little message with a link to the data protection act in it and tell her to back off or you'll sue her for damages.

Seriously though, take what I said about attitude and style into account. And I'm sorry if what I said was offensive, but it seems to be where these people are coming from.
