FFVI: Favorite character?

I think my favorite FF:III character would Cyan...or at least I think that's what his name is. He's the knight guy who uses the swordtechs. Yeah, he's my favorite. I felt bad when his family was all dead-ish. :(

Cyan, was definately a pimp! (Being cool and all...heh...just wanted to call him a pimp) Anyway, I'd probably say Cyan also just because he was all cool, and his family died...he had cool abilities and such.

I liked Locke! He was all sad and everything because he kind of got his girlfriend into a coma lol. Whenever you start as Celes in the WoR, I couldn't find Locke! So I had to turn to a strategy guide (dum dum dummm) to find him, which I never really cared about getting a character back except for him lol... it's kind of sad once you think about it.XD

My fav. character is Shadow he is the best but hard to get him in other world cause you have to go to arena and when new world is being formed if you leave without him then you can never get him back.

My favourite FF6 character is definitely Edgar. I thought he was awsome, being a King and all. I also found myself using him alot in battle, and so I just stuck with him. Now he has all his tools and some kick ass magic so yeah, awsome.

Shadow all the way, he's fast, strong and very mysterious, I love mysterious FF characters.

My second choice would be Locke simply because he's a thief, and theres great items to be stole from FFVII:)

Shadow!!! Ninjas are always cool. And Terra was a unique FF leader because she's a female. I liked that. ^_^

My favourite characters:
FFI - Chaos
FFII - Gordon
FFIII - Salamandr
FFIV - Kain
FFV - Butz or X Death
FFVI - Sabin, Edgar or Shadow

Mostly for all of these is due to how they affected the characters. Chaos was evil but had a plan. Gordon was a wuss and it made me pity him. Salamandr was a wise ass who thought he could follow you back to the horns. Kain was a two faced dragoon who first appeared in FFI & II DoS. Butz was an idiot and X Death had cool boss fight music (Go Decisive Battle!) Sabin was a cool guy who used an attack called 'Bum Rush' and it made me laugh. Edgar gets the ladies...or tries to. Shadow was a mysterious enigma who reminded me of a stereo type ninja.

I liked Terra the most I think,or possibly mog. I liked Terra because of the way her storyline developed. I like mog because dancing is cool!

Even though I played the SNES version for only a short time I beleive that Locke was a cool character.

I can hardly wait for the new version of this game to come out on the 5th of February which is 1 day before my birthday.

My favorite character is definitely Edgar, with Sabin, Celes and Locke shortly thereafter. I identify a lot with Edgar most of all. He is quite intelligent and trained in the use of machinery as well as combat and politics. He is most noble and loyal to his friends. He knows how to have fun, but does what needs to be done when he must act and is not above using underhanded tricks if the end result turns out best for all involved.

despite the annoyances caused by his leaving the party, shadow is tied for favorite character with Cyan and Setzer. i like their backgrounds/motives, and they're all very strong fighters.
