Weird, I know, I like it that way around though, but small problem is with making it really... long...

Does anyone know/can help me with/know if I can put tables into a signature so that I can have text next to an image? That'd be neat XD Else I'll probably never end up using this one.

*begs* Some clever person help me out!

Oh, by and by, my FFXI character doesn't look like that, I'm nowhere near high enough level on my Warrior to equip that armour, but it just looks so badass! My cutesy Whitemage armour doesn't compare... plus it clashes with black, but that's besides the point.

Now I go sleep x_x

It looks really good, what do you mean by putting text next to an image?

I'd love to use it, but I want to see if there's way I can lay out text beside the image like so:

----signature-------
_______
| | ~~~
| Image | ~text~
| | ~~~~
| | ~~
|______|

---end of sig-------

But I don't know how to do it ; ;

why not, put the text in the image? so make the image big then just copy and paste it in there?

Ooo, that could work, I'll have to poke around for all the quotes I want in it and add them in that way xD

I don't think tables are enabled in signatures, I'm sure theres a way to allow HTML to be added to signatures through the boards cpanel. There might be, I'm not sure. We had the option to use HTML in our signatures before, and i remember someone was using a lot of tables.

<TABLE>
<TR>
<TD>
<image URL here>
</TD>
<TD>
Text
</TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>

At least I think thats what it'd be, very simply but my HTML is very rusty :(

Nice work you did there, Aeyze.

And indeed Grae, it's only possible if you use HTML and make a table, but I've disabled HTML usage in signatures, because it's kinda risky (users can use Javascript or other scripts)... Don't want that too happen.

Thanks for everyones compliments xD

I think I'll just have to live with a regular ol' banner, I'll keep that one for forums where HTML is allowed just in case xD
Gonna have to make another FFXI one since Grae and Tsuji have got their characters in their banners x_x

what if we wlowed HTML but o nly certain tags, such as table tags. No java tags, no tags targetting outside scripts.

Nice work, frosty! :D
Why don'tcha flip the sig around so it'll fit? I think it is an awesome sig. xD

That's some really nice work there Frosty. The effect you did with the stock and brushing (well background) looks really awesome, it's good stuff <3 I only dislike the text where it says "Aeyze", kinda makes it a bit off, but other than that it's all pretty cool. Avatar is okay, not too matching (with the stock and background), but yeah.

yeah, my problem is I usually end up doing avatars before I work on the banner - they end up looking slightly different from one another - and the fact that I used a different stock for the avatar probably doesn't help either. My more recent one that I have on atm I used same stock (the low opacity image to the right of my banner) in the avatar and I copied & pasted in some of my banner BG, probably a much better method xD

Yeah probably a better idea =P Or rather just copy a part of the background and paste it into your blank canvas, xD. Like preferably a part which includes the stock and then add your own text of course, like I do, xD.

Frosty, I like the concept you've done here. The sig looks awesome how it can be interpreted by however the viewer wants, because of the way you've set the background up. It looks very nice, and the brushing looks awesome! Good job. :)
