Have you seen this? Have you heard about this?
This is an amazing program that lets you look just about anywhere on the world, i only got to play with it for about 30 seconds but i was really imprsssed. CHeck it out you rubes and enjoy watching yourself through the bedroom window.

Naw jk, but really, download this, and try it out, it's really quite cool.
The grey areas are the high quality ones you can zoom into and see more detail on.

What I like is the microsoft version. It includes the twin towers, and the apple headquarters is just a field :P
This is better.
This is an actual downloadable program, you can click on the earth, drag it around, tilt it, zoom in view every road, view certain buildings, the borders of countries, and it's still in the beta stages, so I hope they get everything in detail soon, this is really awesome :o

Got it on my laptop, it shows the large town next to me but not quite my house ;_;
Yeah, a friend showed me this a month ago, thought it was pretty neat nothing too great though...great idea though XD

I do get girly gay moods sometimes, where I pretend I'm gay, it's pretty funny, Tsuji and I were levelling SAM in the Jungle and we pretended we were gay firemen, we were getting complaints from the tank, it was sooooo goood

A friend told me about Google Earth about a month or two ago. It's pretty cool, but it is meant to NOT show the house in good detail when you zoom up to them? I realise you have to wait for it to load but when it said 100% it was still unclear and blurry. It might just be my crappy computer though, xD. Well the clearest thing I saw was Telstra Stadium (some stadium in Sydney, Australia. Was used for Olympics, such as the Athletics and opening/closing event, but right now is MAINLY used for Rugby matches ), tried to stalk like some people I know but was all blurry.
I cant get the demo to run haha

Yeah, I've downloaded it, and it's pretty cool. I found my house, and I actually got to see what tokyo looks like. :D

but in B31 1NE and zoom in and move 3 houses right from the top row.....it's MINE!!!!

And you can view Mount Everest in 3d (find the snowman!!!), as well as The Grand Canyon.

Really? Cool! I wish I knew where mount everest is, though.
Its in Nepal, around South west of India. Put the borders option on and you can see Nepal if you go in close enough, and Everest should be somewhere in the middle eastern part of Nepal
It's actuaslly on the border of Nepal

Na, I'm from Leicester =P
It was really cool, was summer all year round, so I had a nice tan all the time. Got to go to really cool places like Hong Kong, Borneo, Penang (where I stayed has been nicely dealt with by the tsunami :( ), Langkawi, Manukan...
I WILL go back someday.

Says the guy with the golf right next to his house and the huge-ness of the everything, you may think the wasps and dogs were bad, but where I live, you've got to leave the city just to see animals! :D
That golf course wasn't there when I was there, infact, that motorway at the top wasn't either, it was just fields, with a water tower.
It used to be really quiet where I lived.

I'd find my crappy one story house but like.... i'm too lazy. Maybe you guys can find it yourself lol, or atleast the town I live in =P Australia > New South Wales > Sydney > Penrith > Cranebrook. Try and get that far first, xD. And btw you can edit the options so you can see everything in 3D and also see the borders, etc (of streets, towns, states, countries).

Can anyone zoom in there and like take a screen and i'll point out my house. I've got the location but it's all blurry on my Google Earth probably because my graphics card sucks, lol. I used some other map thing (on some site) to find the coordinates of my suburb, but it's only like a street directory.
