Have we noticed that on the forum memberlist, there are about 3 or 4 pages of people with no posts, many of whom joined months ago?
Wouldn't it be an idea to clear them out?

No idea whether this forum has a function to do that, but one that I was admin on had a function to delete all members with less than x posts, or who'd been inactive longer than y days

If thes forums are anything to go by in comparison to the last ones (OI'm still unsure on the differences, I don't explore my admin CP all that much outside of the functions I know and love xD) Then members with zilch posts can be removed, and don't worry, it does happen every now and then - but obviously not since the forums started off in July again x_X

Yeah. I mean fair enough we've got a few members but those guys aren't active at all. *Wishes he could delete them all to clear space muah ha!* Nah, but on a serious note, I agree with Tharrick. I don't think it has much effect on the forums themselves but it is bloody annoying seeing them there.

I'll send all inactive members an email regarding their account. If they don't post in one week, their account will be terminated.

Ziddy that idea rocks in itself! :D

Wish I'd thought of that...

Thanks for sorting that anyways Zid.

Send them that picture afterwards with TERMINATED on it. :P

Anyway, I agree that excess accounts with no posts should be removed. What's the point in joining a huge community like this if you don't interact with it?

*thumbs down*
Ya. I agree that people who don't post ever after joining are like...kinda' dumb...But yeah, delete their accounts, I say. They're not using them.

Okay, done!
All members with a join date more then 1 month ago with 0 posts - that's 54 members - should have received an email (twice, sorry).
