Yes folks, it's that time of year again, the HHN Awards Autumn 05!
Celebrities will be making appearances, but who that is yet has not been decided, but I hear Bruce Willis will be stopping by to say hello and if we're lucky Chief from Halo will be here to present an award.
So what I need from you is to possibly give me some ideas for awards, reasonable ones please, I'm only going to be doing a maximum of 20 awards :D

EDIT - Could we not extend certain awards to have a 2nd and 3rd prize by any chance? I think with things like the Hottest Member of each sex, that would be interesting.

I agree with the separation of the Artist and GFX Artist awards. They're too completely different styles of art, and each hold their own elements in their entirety.

Best Moderator
Best Clan

Hmm, I'm going blank now. lol
We can't do Best S-Mod again because I'm currently the only one.
I also think smaller awards for recognition could be given out? Such as awards for doing something helpful for the forums, or something a lot of people appreciate(d).

I don't thin we should have these awards, best admin would obviously be Zidane because he has done alot for the forums (not saying they all havent but Zidi has done the most)
Moderators, there are like 2 active moderators...Grae and Mirae
and the clans aren't really that active, basically the ones with the most members would win cause they would vote their own.

*nods head* I agree with Kaede. Not so much on the admin one, cause I know that could be solved by who prefers who, but then again that's just against the rules.
But elsewhere, there's four clans active and all four are barely used to start with, so best clan can't really be given and I'm betting if we went ahead with that award Dragoneye would win it again. Simply because they're larger and have been around MUCH longer than the remaining clans.
The Clan Leader one, kinda ties in with best clan anyway. If you were to give Dragoneye the Best Clan Award for example, I wouldn't be surprised if Aeyze won the Best Clan Leader Award too, because it does basically go with the clan.
The Best Mod is also a little too lacking in participants really to actually be classed as an Award. Like Kaede said, there's very few Mods active and the ones that are would probably end the award in a dead heat or tie anyway. XD

Could have those bog standard alread-decided thing ones as well, like the largest post count, largest shout box count stuff and all that. Blah blah, most friendly, helpful, active, insane members.

Ah, I'm not sure on the making HHN for everyone idea....
HHN is like...a community, so its not just ONE person people come here for, its everybody and everything about it. ^_^ but thats just my opinion...

That idea sounds great actually Cerigon lol.
I think there should be separate awards for the "graphical" ones, so like one for Photography (don't many would even enter though), one for Art (so like drawn, lineart and CGed pictures) and one for Graphics (which obviously would be stuff made with computer programs such as Photoshop). And yeah I think most people said the obvious ones like nicest member and stuff. What about a Smartass Award? lol. I dunno about that "closest group of friends" or whatever it was called idea, it's pretty darn obvious who would win that lol. And yes Most Unoriginal (and maybe even Original) Member sounds good lol.
I'll be entering that Photography one :P

Well, I've not done any art really in the last year, so I'm hardly likely to win the best artist one this time :( I need something that I can win :P
hah I need to win something for once since i haven't won anything ever through all 3 awards that ive seen... almost won best musician last year like so hopefully this year ill have a chance at winning something, just to be sure lets have a best Hender catagory :P

Haha i've never won an award either in the last two or three HHN Awards which have occured lol. But i'll make sure that changes =D So Grae like have you decided yet on the 20 awards which will be occuring?

We need a nomination thing, where people are given the categories, then they just copy the categories into a PM to Grae and put just ONE NAME under each one for who they'd like to nominate, then they all get put to the public vote.
That way its 100% fair and so on :)
