Problem in the Newbie Board

The Newbie board won't let me reply to other people, here's the message they always say to me when I try to post:

Sinjin, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.


Can you fix it?

I believe it's something in place to limit the spam in that section, if gives users a limited amount of posts in there until they reach a sufficient number of posts ~ Or sinething along those lines. I'm not really 100% sure, since stuff like that really isn't my thing xD

It's not allowed to post more then 5 posts in 30 minutes. This is to prevent spam in that section.

Yeah, nut it's not every five minutes or something, everytime I try to post something on someone else's thread, they give me that message.

any were in newbie section not in the one thread so you should wait a day or something before posting there again
